These terms apply to all apps and software published by Spruzzo Labs, and to this website. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use them.
Use
You get a personal, non-transferable license to use our apps on Apple devices you own. Apps from the App Store are also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application EULA. Please don’t reverse-engineer, copy, or resell them.
Purchases
Some apps offer purchases or subscriptions through Apple’s StoreKit. Apple processes all payments. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
As-is, and not advice
The apps are provided as-is, without warranties. They’re tools for personal reflection and habit-building — not medical, mental-health, nutritional, or financial advice. Any app that touches on health, fitness, fasting, habits, or wellbeing is informational only. Talk to a qualified professional for decisions that affect your health. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the app in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Before any formal dispute, please email us first so we can try to sort it out.
