Clearing Support

Quit anything. Count clear days, breathe through cravings, and see what you get back.

Clearing is made by a small studio, and support comes from the people who built it. Email hello@spruzzolabs.com and say which iPhone and iOS version you are on. Most questions get an answer within two days.

Common answers

Restoring a purchase. Open the app’s settings or paywall and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, not the device.
Your data. Everything is stored on your device or in your own iCloud. There is no account to reset and nothing we can see or recover on your behalf; keep an iCloud backup.
Refunds. Apple handles all App Store refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
